1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking our luxury transportation services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You accept full responsibility for all bookings made under your account.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when making reservations.

 

2. Booking & Payments

Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure reservations.

Pricing & Payments

  • Rates are quoted at the time of booking but may change due to factors like route adjustments, wait time, or additional services.

  • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund.

    • 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund.

    • Less than 24 hours: No refund.

  • “No-shows” will be charged the full booking amount.

 

3. Service Policies

Vehicle Use & Conduct

  • Smoking, alcohol (where prohibited), and illegal substances are not allowed in our vehicles.

  • Passengers are responsible for any damages caused during service.

Wait Time & Delays

  • 15-minute grace period for pickups (additional charges apply beyond this).

  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Black Sovereign LLC is not liable for:

    • Missed flights, events, or delays beyond our control.

    • Lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.

    • Injuries resulting from passenger misconduct.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, images) on our website is owned by Black Sovereign LLC and protected under U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas state laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County courts.

 

8. Changes to Terms
